PARK PLACE

ADULT DAY SERVICES
 is a supervised day program for dependent adults providing
daily activities and socialization. 
Family members or caregivers can depend on nurturing care and
service while they are able to meet their own personal needs.
 
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF ADULT DAY SERVICES?
                  
FOR THE PARTICIPANT:  To maintain the maximum level of independence and function.  To provide socialization and mental and physical stimulation.
 
FOR THE CAREGIVER:  To provide respite and peace-of-mind while strengthening your caregiver skills thru information, referral and education. 
 
GOALS SUPPORT PERSONAL INTERESTS
 
Park Place develops "Person Centered" careplans with participants and their caregivers.  They are updated twice a year.  The careplan responds to personal interests and needs.  Staff help every participant achieve five core goals:
 

  • I am in a safe, non-threatening and protected environment.

  • I have meaningful friendships.
  • I experience hope because my life is valued and supported.
  • I am accepted and understood as an individual.
  • I am involved in my community.
